(e) ensure minimal emissions at all times.
(f) maintain all equipment to ensure efficient operation.
(g) ensure all employees are familiar with and implement the aims of this policy

(a) Young,s French polishers regards the promotion of Health and Safety measures as a mutual
objective between ourselves and our employees, and also between all clients and their
employees.
(b) It is Young,s French polishers policy to do all that is reasonably practicable to protect the
Health and Safety of all persons including members of the public whilst work is being
undertaken.
(c) Under the Health and Safety Act 1974 Young,s French polishers has the responsibility as far
as reasonable practicable to ensure that:

times.
(e) Young,s French polishers has the responsibility to assess any risk to Health and Safety
associated with the relevant work that is to be undertaken. In order to achieve this, all persons
concerned with the execution of the work will co-operate with all requirements laid down in
respect of Health and Safety, and must inform the appointed health and safety officer of any
proposed use of substances, materials or plant which may be classed as a risk or toxic.

data sheets and Health and Safety guidelines when requested.
(g) Young,s French polishers will try to provide a safe working environment one without risk, in
any place of work, by assessment and control of all the risks to Health and Safety whilst
working with clients and their employees.
(h) Young,s French polishers aim to communicate any assessment and safe working practices to
all relevant personnel. However, it is noted that this can only be achieved in liaison with, and
full co-operation of all other personnel involved.
